2012 Gananda Winter Tournament

This year's tournament was a huge success! We hosted 36 teams this weekend, about 350 players, with hundreds of excited fans and spectators.

Elementary division teams (U11) played Saturday morning, with three boys and three girls teams participating. Junior High boys played Saturday afternoon, with NRW winning the championship. The High School boys played Saturday evening, with Williamson taking home the championship.

On Sunday morning, eight teams played in the Junior High girls bracket. Gananda 3 took the championship in a very exciting double overtime win over Wayne. Eight High School teams player Sunday afternoon, with the Gananda Varsity team taking first place over Newark.

Gananda plans to build on the new U11 bracket, and is hoping to add a second gym to next year's tournament, tentatively scheduled for March 2-3, 2013. Mark your calendar now to play in one of the best indoor tournaments in the area!
