1) Payment Schedule
2017/2018 annual fee is $250
August 1st 2017 $50 Deposit for registration(Non-Refundable)
September 8th 2017 $50 Team assignment/acceptance
November 3rd 2017 $100 Start of season
February 1st 2018 $50 Remainder of annual fee
$25 added to annual fee for Registrations or Payments received after February 1, 2016


Registration is closed on February 1st and anyone interested in playing for the Gananda Bandits after that date would need to get a recommendation by the coach and approval from the Board of Directors.


2) Family Discounts
Multiple player discounts are available for families with 4 or more players registered with the club. 
Any questions regarding payments or discounts can be sent to our club Treasurer.


3) Returned Check Fee (NSF)
Any checks made out to the Bandits that does not clear or is sent back due to insufficient funds will be subject to a $30 fee.


4) Winter Tournament
Each year the Bandits host an indoor tournament on the first weekend of March. Each family is required to volunteer time at the tournament.  There is no buyout option.


5) Team Fundraising
Individual teams may fundraise for the purpose of raising monies that will directly benefit the players, i.e. tournament fees, apparel, team party, etc. Team coach or manager should first notify the Fundraising Coordinator 
of how they intend to fundraise.


6) Payment Plan
If a parent has a player or players in our club and has a financial need (unable to pay on time - December 31st.) we offer a payment plan to assist you in paying the registration fee. We will work with you to spread the payments out over the course of the soccer season. Payment schedules will be on a case by case basis and we do NOT charge interest. Please contact our club President if you have any questions or would like to request to be put on a payment plan.


6) Scholarships Available
If a parent has a player or players in our club and has a financial need (unable to pay for ALL or SOME of the registration fee for their child or children) we offer a limited amount of scholarship money. If you would like to request a partial or full scholarship please fill out the 
scholarship request form and email it along with any questions to our club President.


7) Refund Policy
The non-refundable $50.00 deposit (as stated) is non-refundable. Balance of payments made is refundable up to January 31st. There are no refunds given for players that decide not to play after January 31st.
Special circumstances - The Board may approve a partial refund to a player for a special circumstance, i.e.. moving out of town, season ending injury, etc. This would be decided on a case by case basis with no guarantee of any refund due to league fees that the Bandits pay before the outdoor games begin.

Board member expectations:

The expectations of a General Board member established as a guideline for new members are listed below:

1.) Attend monthly meetings on a regular and consistent basis

2.) Participate during monthly Board meetings contributing ideas and suggestions to the operations and growth of the club.

3.) Volunteer and make yourself available to help during and before our biggest fundraiser of the year, Bandits Indoor Tournament.

4.) Volunteer throughout the year to help the club maintain and grow our soccer programs

5.) Commitment to a 2 year term.
